I have replaced the blessed soon to be sainted Ipod with a Sony walkman.

I'm quite chuffed but pretty damn annoyed at Apple's attitude toward the battery issue- pretty much "ha ha ha we have your money" sums it up.
Boycott ipod thats all I can say.

I've had an ipod mini for a while now. The screen went on the blink whilst it was still under warranty and apple replaced it with a refurbished unit, no questions asked. But the battery problem sucks. You think by now they'd have worked out a removable battery into the design.
